This EULA agreement is a binding agreement, entered into by and between PossibilityAI Inc, registered address 126 S Cypress Rd, Pompano Beach, FL 33060, USA ("PossibilityAI Inc") and you, and is made effective as of the date you download, install, or use the Application The School Of Breath ("Application") or from the date of your electronic acceptance. This EULA agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the Application, provides a license to use PossibilityAI Inc Application, and contains liability disclaimers. This EULA agreement’s terms also apply to any Application update, upgrade, internet-based service, and support service for the Application.

Whether you are acquiring the Application directly from PossibilityAI Inc or through an authorized reseller, your electronic acceptance of this EULA agreement signifies that you have read, understand, acknowledge, and agree to be bound by this EULA agreement. Your use of this Application after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised EULA.

BY DOWNLOADING /INSTALLING /USING THE APPLICATION YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS EULA AGREEMENT, DO NOT DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, OR USE OUR APPLICATION.

Our Application is available only to Users who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. By downloading or using this Application, you represent and warrant that you are:

PossibilityAI Inc grants you a personal, revocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, and non-transferable license to use the Application on your non-commercial use devices, in accordance with the terms of this EULA agreement.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

Assign your rights or redistribute the Application without PossibilityAI Inc's consent.

Modify, reverse engineer, reproduce, or distribute the Application.

Use the Application for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights to the Application remain the property of PossibilityAI Inc.

6. Collection and Use of Information

By using the Application, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with PossibilityAI Inc’s Privacy Policy.

7. Updates

PossibilityAI Inc may provide updates to the Application, which may add, modify, or remove features.

8. Third-Party Materials

PossibilityAI Inc is not responsible for third-party content accessed through the Application.

9. Use of User Content

PossibilityAI Inc reserves the right to use any User Content submitted through the Application.

10. User Submissions

PossibilityAI Inc may use User Submissions without compensation or acknowledgment.

11. App Store Terms

Your use of the Application downloaded via Apple’s App Store is subject to Apple’s Terms of Service.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" and "with all faults." PossibilityAI Inc makes no warranties regarding its performance.

13. Limitation of Liability

PossibilityAI Inc shall not be liable for damages exceeding the amount you paid for the Application.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify PossibilityAI Inc from any claims arising out of your use of the Application.

15. Availability

PossibilityAI Inc does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Application.

16. Termination

This agreement may be terminated if you fail to comply with its terms.

17. Compliance with Local Laws

Users are responsible for compliance with local laws when using the Application.

18. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the United States.

19. Titles and Headings

Section titles are for reference only and do not affect interpretation.

20. Limitation of Time to File Claims

Any claims arising out of this EULA must be filed within one (1) year.

21. Severability

If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.
